I know I cannot be alone in thinking that everything for baby must be cute, cute, cute!! Bedding, clothing toys...and of course, cloth diapers!! So when I first saw Little Monsters Cloth Diapers, I knew my Finley needed one of her own. I was thrilled when they sent me their adorable cupcake diaper to review.




Design, Fit and Function

Little Monsters Cloth Diapers are a one size pocket diaper fitting babies between 9-35 pounds. They offer 4 different rise options and crossover snaps to ensure the perfect fit for your little ones. We've personally had issues in the past with some pockets getting a good fit around the legs, but I have to say that these are probably one of the better fitting pockets we have tried out. Though my baby is a rather big baby now, with all the adjustment options, I could see this having a great fit for smaller babies as well.

This may sound strange but one of the first things I do when a new diaper arrives (or when purchasing in store) is feel the interior. My baby girl is going to be wearing this on her most sensitive skin, so I don't want something that is going to be rough on her. Most of our diapers are pretty soft but this one definitely took the cake (no pun intended). It was extremely soft and perfect for Finley's extremely sensitive skin.

Each diaper includes a triple layer microfiber insert. Nothing particularly special about the inserts in comparison to other similar diapers in the market, but they were plenty absorbent, no leaks and worked well for us! They were great quality and seem like they will hold up very well.

The Cute Factor


Let's be honest, the cuteness factor is truly what sets these diapers apart from the rest! The Back Monsters diapers each feature a fun, unique applique to match your style. I absolutely love the Cupcake diaper I received, but the Crown was another of my top picks. (When contemplating nursery themes, these were actually the two themes we'd considered, as both have sentimental meaning to me, so it was great to see diapers featuring BOTH themes.) These are just two of the many great themes though. Among other options are an octopus, dinosaur, mustache, penguin...and of course MONSTERS! Regardless of the theme you choose, they have one thing in common-they are absolutely adorable. And if you're more into simple colors, they offer those too! Another fun style feature I loved about the cupcake diapers were the contrasting snaps...definitely made it all that much more eye catching.

The Value

At $22.99, they are probably on the higher end of average as far as pocket diapers go. (Though with such a wide range of diaper prices, that's relative.) Still, the quality is very good, and the wide size range certainly make them well worth the price, as they should fit most babies until potty training.
