A big thanks to Mod Mum and Daddy & Company for sponsoring today's prize package!!

It seems like only yesterday that I was heading to the hospital to give birth to my sweet daughter, Finley...but the reality is, she just turned ONE on August 19th. I cannot believe it. As I look through photos from the hospital, I cannot believe she has grown so much or that it was that long ago.

Another thing that strikes me as I look through the photos? How cute and comfortable my husband and I both looked! I know, I know...that's not something you typically think or worry about during this busy, exciting time, but it's true. You see, I was lucky enough to review two very amazing products that kept us looking our best and picture ready.

For my husband, it was Daddy Scrubs (now Daddy & Company)! Labor can be unpredictable! You never know how long you might be at the hospital just waiting, and my husband needed to be comfortable too! These scrubs allowed him to do just that...and show off how proud he was to be a daddy, AGAIN! He was the talk of the maternity ward.

For me, well, I just wasn't a fan of the boring ol' hospital gowns! Let's be honest, we KNOW that there are going to be a ton of pictures taken on this day...and though I had no expectations of looking glamorous during and after birth, I did want to feel like I looked BETTER. Being quite petite, I also hated that those typical gowns swallowed me whole...not fun! Especially while trying to walk the hallways! So I turned to Mod Mum maternity delivery gowns! They were designed with labor in mind, buttoning down the back for easy access (whilst still allowing for more modesty) as well as openings in the front for easy nursing and skin to skin access. My husband might have been the talk of the ward, but the nurses all adored my gown as well. I felt more comfortable and more confident...especially when people were coming and going after! Every mom should feel beautiful on this big day, and Mod Mum allowed me to do just that. After coming home, I found it made for a great nursing gown as well!

What was even better- though quite unintentional- was that we coordinated beautifully! I truly loved the combination of these awesome scrubs and the beautiful gown, so I figured all my beautiful expecting mamas out there might as well, right?
