Earlier this fall, I shared with you about a fantastic new interactive doll called My Friend Cayla!

This doll quickly became a favorite in my household- combining the fun of playing with dolls with my kids' love of talking and interacting with programs like Siri. But I have to admit, while my son actually sort of took over the doll for the interaction aspect, he wasn't really the biggest fan of talking about shopping and other girly things.

When I was a kid, my sister and I had this fantastic bear that we were pretty certain was the greatest teddy bear in the world. You would push its hand, say a phrase and when you pushed his hand again (and again and again), it would repeat the phrase back to you. We thought that was some fancy high tech stuff. Needless to say, My Friend Teddy puts that bear to shame! He doesn't just repeat back the one phrase you tell him too- he has stories, he has games, he can be programmed on what NOT to say, he can grow with your child... he is pretty amazing if you ask me!

And much like Cayla, the app is super easy to use.. for both of my little ones and myself as well (I'll be honest, they usually outsmart me when it comes to apps!!) He's also customizable much like Cayla... but unlike Cayla, I love that he actually grows with your child and you can actually update learning levels whenever you want! As much as I loved Cayla, I think we might love Teddy even more thanks to his being so versatile! My Friend Teddy is definitely a must see during your holiday shopping this year!
