My hair and I... well, we have a little bit of a love/hate relationship.

First and foremost, let's talk the scent. I'm not really sure how to describe the scent, but fresh certainly seems to fit the bill. I can be a little bit picky about that, so I loved that it had a great scent, but nothing that was too overwhelming. I could still catch a whiff here and there, but it wasn't too in your face.

Now, let's talk about how it worked. My hair is fairly dry due to a combination of factors: coloring, the water in my home, and a natural tendency to lean towards being drier anyway. This has always been my biggest struggle in finding a good shampoo--- finding one that moisturizes well. Even in the shower, I could tell that this one was going to do just that... it just went on very smoothly... the first use, I found myself thinking it looked and felt almost more like a conditioner to me.

After use, my hair felt clean and looked great. Still a little on the dry side, but only slightly. Not nearly as much so as other products I'd tried in the past. What I truly found interesting though is not how it looked, but how well it styled. My regular hairstyle is a simple curl using a curling wand. My hair hold the curl fairly well regardless of the products I used, but I truly felt that it was even more cooperative after using this shampoo... the curls laid better, and my hair generally felt softer and more bouncy too. As someone who is again VERY picky about hair products, I was thoroughly impressed. It has definitely become a favorite of mine very quickly and I will certainly be using again in the future.
