I will soon be sharing a more in depth look at each of these collections and how I incorporate them into my personal journaling, but for today we're taking a look at all the must know details about each collection. Let's break them down, shall we?



Childlike Faith

All about the collection:
This collection celebrates...you guessed it, childlike faith! The faith of a child is something so pure, not weighed down by the stresses of the world. They have a freedom to be themselves, to fly, to dream big! Those are goals we should all strive towards, regardless of age! This collection features fun, childlike images and messages. Paper airplanes, space, children and great color make this collection an adorable must have.

What I love about it:
First and foremost, this collection is absolutely, positively adorable. Perhaps Illustrated Faith's cutest yet. As a mom to a science loving kid, these images certainly make me think of both of my children, but particularly my son with the space vibe! Being able to incorporate elements that remind me of my family is very important to me. The messages included in this collection are really fantastic ones as well.

The other thing that I really love about this collection is that it is child friendly. Bible journaling is not just something for adults, but a form of worship that ALL ages can enjoy. Both of my kids have at one time or another shown interest in Bible journaling, and each have their own journaling Bible as well. For my son especially, I found that finding supplies that were kid AND boy friendly could prove to be a challenge. Most Bible journalers ARE women, and so most stickers, die cuts, etc tend to lean that way. I feel like this would be a great collection that kids and parents alike can incorporate into their journaling pages to truly make it a family event!

Standout products: 

While I enjoy ALL of the products in both of these new collections, there are always those few products that standout to me above the rest. For this collection, the first of these is definitely the washi! This collection actually features TWO different washis. The first is called Children and as the name suggests features a cute graphic background with illustrations of children. It's adorable, but the second one- Galaxy- is THE BEST! I absolutely love this adorable and fun space print that is unlike anything else in my collection. I am certain this will lead to some very fun pages down the road.




The other standout is the stamp set. To be honest, I don't use stamps as much as I tend to use other mediums, but this set certainly has me wanting to change that. I love the fonts used on the word stamps. They have that childlike, written in crayons look (a look we see throughout this collection as well) that goes to tie it all well together. The paper airplanes are my favorite. I can think of so many great ways to incorporate these into my pages and cannot wait to use them.




Beloved Society

All about the collection:
If you are already a big fan of Illustrated Faith, you are likely already familiar with Beloved Society. This style featuring the Beloved Society girls has been available for quite some time digitally. This is the FIRST time they have made their way to Dayspring and I could not be more excited. Featuring beautiful images of beauty, floral, typewriter lettering, hymns, etc... these absolutely cannot be missed!

What I love about it:
I have been a HUGE fan of Beloved Society for a long time now, so the better question would likely be what DON'T I love about this collection? It's absolutely, positively stunning and I love it all. For me, there is just something elegant and beautiful about not just the girls- each unique in her own way- but about the included elements as well. I am a HUGE typewriter fan, so the text is a huge plus for me, but I also love how it incorporates other elements like classic hymns and natural floral elements. It kind of has a romantic, vintage feel about it... did I mention I love it?

Standout products: 
With so many great elements, it really is hard to narrow it down to just a few products. My number one must have though is definitely the Ephemera (die cuts). I talk about die cuts a LOT. They are probably my #1 most used journaling supply. They are easy to use- just add glue stick and stick, but they allow me to create really dynamic pages with minimal art skills. So, when I say they're a standout that perhaps come as no surprise... still, these are fantastic. They feature 10 girls with a variety of other phrases, tabs, etc you can mix and match as well. The lettering is gorgeous, the prints are gorgeous, the sizes are just right... there is truly nothing I don't love about it.



The other standout for me is a bit more surprising--- the paper collection. While I have many other Illusrated Faith papers, I wouldn't say they are usually a favorite. To be honest, they likely wouldn't even make a top five. That's not because they are not beautiful, but just not something I typically reach for. The papers in this collection however are begging to be used! The collection features 7 double sided patterned papers, 1 double sided borders paper, 1 double sided 3x4s paper, 1 exclusive bonus patterned paper and 2 sticker sheets (sticker sheets also available separately). All sheets are 12x12", typical scrapbook album sizes making them ideal for anything from scrapbooking, Bible journaling or paper crafting in general. Everything included is gorgeous, but the 3x4s are really what make it for me. They feature sections that can be cut down, for 12 total 3x4 cards. Six of these feature a classic Beloved Society style--- a hymn background behind each girl. The other 6 are predone backgrounds that you can add your own elements to to make them your own. These make GREAT tip-ins, and are just such a beautiful addition. The 145 piece sticker set DOES also include a variety of these classic backgrounds as well as the girls to layer as well, but on a much smaller scale.
