Introducing the Fall Fitness Series
When you think of fall, we don't tend to think fitness, do we?
Oh no, we think about the food more than anything--- the Thanksgiving meal, the upcoming holiday cooking, the pumpkin treats. It seems like if ever there was a time you WEREN'T thinking of fitness it's fall. But if you're anything like me, you know that the longer you put it off, the less likely you are to ever actually make a change.
So, over the next few weeks I will be introducing a series of posts on the subject of fitness. This isn't about losing weight or inches, but about feeling better for yourself. This will include a variety of posts to include product reviews, budget friendly fitness ideas, thoughts on various exercises, etc. I will also introduce some guest posts on the topic as well. I am by no means an expert on the subject and do not pretend to be, but will instead share only my experiences. I hope that this series will both introduce you to some great brands, but also encourage you to try something new in your fitness routine.
Are you a fitness junkie, or a newbie? What kind of products and posts do you hope to see addressed in this series?
