2020 has been a rough year, hasn't it?
Between the pandemic, social unrest, worry over the upcoming election, etc... the year has left most of us feeling more than a little stress. More than ever, I feel like we can all use a whole lotta faith and encouragement.
Recently, I was introduced to a subscription box that can provide just that: Butterfly Box.
Butterfly Box is a themed subscription box that is carefully curated each month to encourage subscribers to reclaim quiet moments with God, build intimacy with Christ and live out their faith.... something that is all too often put to the side in this crazy, busy world in which we live. Each box is illustrates a biblical theme and encourages spiritual growth. They include about 5 to 6 items including jewelry, artwork, books, decor, personal pampering items, faith sharing cards and other specialty items that are carefully chosen via a rigorous selection process. The products selected for the boxes are faith- based or otherwise support small Christian businesses.
Sounds pretty great, right? I certainly thought so, and couldn't wait to experience it myself. I was blessed to have been given the oppurtunity to receive their most recent box to share my thoughts with all of you. Take a peek:
The theme of this box was Women of Prayer. Inside my Butterfly Box, I received:
- The Power of a Praying Woman by Stormie Omartian
- Be Still and Know Journal
- Butterfly Prayer Bracelet
- Vanilla White & Sweet Peppermint Tea Drops
- Weekly Prayer Strategy
As you can see, all the items in this box are ideal for enhancing your prayer life and therefor perfectly suited to the month's theme. What I love most about this box is that it's not just perfect to help YOU enhance your own spiritual life, but could also easily be used to help pass that along to others as well.
Personally, I loved most everything in my box and know that I can personally benefit from incorporating them into my prayer time. Everything except the tea that is. I am just not much of a tea drinker myself. However, I couldn't help but think of what a great encouragement it could be to pass along these Tea Drops to someone who might be, with a message that you are praying for them, or with a little card with a printed scripture. Any of the items in these boxes truly could be passed along to someone in our life who needs that extra encouragement too.

The Butterfly Box offers several subscription options to best fit your needs. You can choose month to month for $34.99 plus shipping. This option allows you to receive (or send) just the occasional box without being committed to purchase each and every month. You can also choose 3, 6, or 12 month subscriptions. The price of the box goes down with each length which saves money long term, but does require a higher one time payment. You can choose whichever option works best for you. You can also save 10% off your first box with the coupon code WELCOME10.
