Created with Christian Fiction Reader-Fans in mind: the 2023 ACFW Storyfest! Come be part of ACFW Storyfest (formerly the Christian Fiction Readers Retreat). It all takes place Thursday afternoon, August 24, 2023-Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch in St. Louis, Missouri.
Come celebrate story and your favorite CF authors right on the premises of the ACFW conference—where hundreds of CF authors gather each year.

From the very beginning of my writing journey, I've found such encouragement, support, and comradery among readers. I suppose being a reader myself helped me find fellow journeyers to enjoy great stories, but the joy grew even greater when I started having my own books out in the world. Even before I was published, I developed long-term friendships through the Christian reader community. It was amazing. So now, with books of my own, I can't express how the readers help spur me on in my writing life. Not only have they sent sweet messages and prayers, but they have poured out such love on me through victories and tragedies in both my writing and my personal life. Having the opportunity to meet readers in person last year at Storyfest, to spend more time than just an online conversation, gave me an even better opportunity to share my gratitude through hugs, laughs, and the mutual love of stories and Jesus. My primary audience in my writing life is God, but He is so amazing to fill my cyberworld and, through Storyfest, my REAL world with this amazing group of readers.
