The CSB Life Counsel Bible features the highly readable, highly reliable text of the Christian Standard Bible. The CSB captures the Bible’s original meaning without sacrificing clarity, making it easier to engage with Scripture’s life-transforming message and to share it with others.
The first thing that stuck out to me about this Bible right away was the readability. I struggle with some eye issues that can make reading a physical book with its smaller font more difficult. Still, when it comes to reading my Bible, I prefer to have the physical copy in front of me so as I can make notes, highlight points, etc. I really appreciated the slightly larger font size and found this was quite a bit more readable than some of my other Bible options. 
I also appreciated the book introductions which featured circumstances of writing, contribution to the Bible, structure and a truth for healing. The first three really help us to understand the background behind what we're going to read. I always appreciate these types of introductions in my Bible. The Truth for Healing was a unique aspect that I found I really liked to--- focusing of truths related to healing that I think so many of us truly need.
Which brings me to the primary aspect that sets this one apart--the articles written by Christian counselors and scholars. These cover a wide variety of topics, but there are sure to be many that each of us can find comfort or advice in--- either for ourselves or to help us to understand and talk to others. There are over 150 articles, and so admittedly I have not read anywhere close to all of them. I have seen several that are relevant to me and several that are not... but there is definitely something there for everyone tackling many of the issues we face today!
