Book Review

This was a really cute Christmas romance! A holiday pop star + bodyguard (who also happens to be her best friend's brother) romance... what's not to love about that? When Gia needs a little break from the spotlight, they head back to their hometown of Blue Falls--- a place he vowed to never return due to bad memories there. Things get interesting when a blizzard blows into town, leaving them all snowed in at her parents' inn with an eclectic group of guests--- to include her ex! This definitely has all the fun holiday vibes that I absolutely adore! The mutual pining between the two was done so well, and I found I really enjoyed the easy chemistry between the two of them. I'm always here for a protective MMC, and naturally as her bodyguard, Kade fits that role perfectly. Seeing him show his more vulnerable side only made me root for him that much more! It was a fairly quick read but not at all short on story. This is definitely a fun holiday read you won't want to miss.
