I was recently given the opportunity to check out You Are a Child of God for myself, and I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of this book. First of all, this is not your typical coloring book which tend to be entirely black and white, ready for the whole image to be colored in. Instead, this features a beautiful watercolor-like background with only select images on the pages to be colored. I thought that made it really unique--- but also incredibly beautiful as well. And honestly, while the book may have been designed with young children in mind, this truly is perfect for any age. I know it's one that my art loving daughter would appreciate, and even as an adult, I would absolutely enjoy this beautiful book too. The images inside are simply enough for children, without being overly childish--- truly making it a beautiful gift for all ages. I loved the scriptures throughout and found these two be messages that I think we all need reminding of time and time again... God made us and loves the unique person that we are!
