The Book
When perfectionist Victoria takes a job a million miles from her comfort zone, she learns that sometimes you have to go to the middle of nowhere to find exactly where you belong.
Victoria Griffin doesn’t recognize herself anymore. Feeling unmoored after breaking her engagement and blowing up her career, she’s desperate for a reset. When her best friend offers her a job at a kids’ camp in the Blue Ridge mountains, she hopes it’ll be precisely what she needs to put her life back together.
Instead, it’s a disaster. Victoria was prepared to be humbled by nature and challenged by super-smart tweens—she was not prepared to be co-counselors with Noah Valentine, her old college crush who broke her heart.
Unlike Victoria, Noah’s perfectly at home in the wilderness, a hero to the kids, and radiates laid-back confidence—all while making her knees buckle with his smoldering gaze. But he’s completely off-limits because of the number one staff rule: no fraternizing.
Victoria’s solution? Pretend they’re strangers. Pretend that sharing a tent with Noah doesn’t light her up like the Fourth of July. Pretend her heart doesn’t melt when he challenges her to do the hardest thing of all: to let herself be loved, just as she is.
My Star-Crossed Summer is an uplifting closed-door romance full of sizzling chemistry and witty banter. Books in the Jasmine Falls series can be read in any order, or as standalones. For fans of Katherine Center, Sarah Adams, and BK Borison.

Book Review
My Star-Crossed Summer is the fourth book in the Jasmine Falls Love Stories series but can absolutely be enjoyed as a standalone as well.Oh, how I loved this sweet romance! There's just something about a summer camp that will brings in all the nostalgia for me...having been the highlight of my summers all throughout my teen years. Throw a second chance romance and fate into the mix? Well, what's not to love about that!? Immediately, I was absolutely drawn into Victoria and Noah's story as these two former college best friends find themselves unexpectedly working at the same astronomy camp. The chemistry between them was absolutely fantastic, but their history and the strict no fraternization rule for camp employees made things more difficult for them. I loved seeing the glimpses into their history together and found myself rooting for them to find a way to make it all work. I loved those humorous mishaps that had me laughing out loud, but it was seeing how he looked after her and her growth throughout as she tried to find her place that really made me love this one. Definitely a must read!
My Star-Crossed Summer is a closed-door romance with kisses only. There was one very minor swear.
